One of the positive aspects of this hotel is its great value for money. Despite not having high expectations, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable rooms and the modern amenities. The location of the hotel is also a big plus, as it is close to the airport and the Kota Tua area.

I had a fantastic stay at the Mercure in Jakarta. The newly renovated hotel in the historic part of Kota Tua provided a fascinating glimpse into the history of Batavia. The hotel had a bright and inviting atmosphere, and the Privilage Room I stayed in was excellent. It was spacious, well-designed, and had all the amenities I needed. The comfortable beds, complimentary mini bar, and coffee machine were great touches. The front desk staff, especially Dezi/Novi, went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. They even surprised me with an early check-in and made my stay extra enjoyable.

We were impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and enjoyed the delicious Indonesian breakfast served every morning.
